How to Share a Virtual Card

  1. Go to Cards page
  2. Click on the card you want to share
  3. Click "Share" button
  4. Enter the email address of the person
  5. Choose their role (Editor or Viewer)
  6. Click "Send Invitation"
  7. They'll receive an email invitation

User Roles

โœ๏ธ Editor

Full access to add, edit, and delete transactions and groups.

Can: Log transactions, create groups, modify budgets

Cannot: Delete the card or remove the owner

๐Ÿ‘๏ธ Viewer

Read-only access. Can see everything but cannot make changes.

Can: View all transactions, groups, and reports

Cannot: Add or modify anything

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: Use Viewer role for accountability partners or financial advisors who should see but not change your budget.

Managing Shared Access

As the card owner, you can:

  • Change roles: Switch someone from Viewer to Editor or vice versa
  • Remove access: Revoke sharing at any time
  • See who has access: View list of all shared users
