General everyday wallet

Most generally, this budget app can be used to track your everyday, normal money flow. In the best case, this means that you manage all your transactions here, and thus you get an accurate picture of the current state of your assets.

It is not necessary to keep track of your transactions everyday, but it is recommended to log them every 2-5 days. In this way, the many transactions of money that have not yet been logged, don't pile up and it will be easier to manage the logging.

For traveling expenses

Since the budget app is based on a virtual card, it is possible to divide your expenses into several parts. You can separate your daily cash flow into bank cards and cash. However, it can be created for other options.

Another solution we can recommend is that you can manage your budget for future trips via a separate card. So this card will actually consist of two periods. One period is from the date of creation until the day before the start of the trip. There are almost no transaction groups associated with this, or very few. The income refers as "top ups", which means we just saving our money from our everyday wallet for the travel. Transferring money from one virtual card to another is possible within the app, like in reality. It is possible to prepare for the trip, and to make necessary or desired purchases and log it inside the "preparation" period.

For shared household

If you are running a joint household, you can also do this by managing your budget together.

In addition to your own virtual card, you can also use a shared card. The person who creates the card can invite people with whom he or she wants to collaborate. The condition is that the other person is already registered in the app. The person invited can be in a spectator or editor role. If the invited person has viewer role, then he cannot do any editing. The invited person can also be an editor, in which case they have all the freedom to edit within the card.
